We’re really excited to tell you construction has begun and our vision of an expanded building is unfolding before our very eyes! Our goal is to return to the in-person client experience of 2019.
Of course all of this construction means further inconveniences for a time, and while we know a few of our clients are frustrated with our curbside model (we’ve received your letters and responded accordingly), please know this will last only a short while longer. And please take an extra moment when you’re here to offer a kind word to our team… they’re working through a disrupted flow in tight quarters, and still providing wonderful care for our patients, your pets.
The Cornice Company is doing a very good job coordinating their work so they don’t disrupt our work any more than is absolutely necessary.

When it’s all done, though, we’ll invite everyone to stop in and observe what we believe will be the best combination of beauty, quality, and function in a veterinary clinic in northeast Ohio.
